How to Access DrugHub Safely
DrugHub can only be accessed through the Tor network. This ensures your anonymity and protects your identity when browsing the marketplace. Never attempt to access .onion links through regular browsers or VPN services.

Generating Your PGP Key Pair
Launch your PGP application (e.g., Kleopatra, GPG Suite, or OpenKeychain).
Select "New Key Pair" or "Generate Key." Use RSA encryption with at least 4096-bit key length for maximum security.
Choose a strong, unique passphrase. This protects your private key. Never share this passphrase with anyone.
Export and securely store your private key. If you lose it, you cannot access your DrugHub account or decrypt messages. Store backups on encrypted USB drives or offline storage.
⚠️ Critical PGP Security
Private Key = Your Identity: Your PGP private key is your DrugHub account. Losing it means losing access permanently. There is no password recovery.
Never Share Private Keys: Only your public key should be shared. Private keys must remain secret and encrypted with a strong passphrase.
Update PGP Software: DrugHub requires modern PGP that supports EC (Elliptic Curve) keys. Outdated software like gpg4usb will not work.

Operating System Choices
Tails OS (Highest Security): A Linux distribution designed for anonymity. Runs from USB, leaves no traces on computer. All connections routed through Tor. Highly recommended for serious users.
Whonix (High Security): Virtual machine setup that isolates all traffic through Tor. More complex but very secure. Can be run on Windows, macOS, or Linux host.
Qubes OS (Advanced): Security-focused operating system using compartmentalization. Steep learning curve but excellent for separating activities.

Private Mirrors Not Working
Solution: Private mirrors are linked to your account and don't work from other accounts. Never share your private mirrors. If both your private mirrors fail, contact support from another account.
Account Deleted After Inactivity
Solution: DrugHub automatically purges accounts after 6 months of inactivity for security. You can re-register with the same PGP key and username if desired.
