Becoming a DrugHub Vendor
DrugHub operates a manual vendor application process with case-by-case evaluation. The marketplace has been operational for over 6 years and maintains strict standards for vendor approval. All vendor applications are reviewed by staff based on verifiable history, PGP key verification, and compliance with market rules.
Important: Never register as a customer and then ask "how do I become a vendor" via support ticket. Such tickets are closed without response. The vendor application process is separate and must be completed through the proper channels within your customer account.
Vendor Application Requirements
Prerequisites
- PGP Key: Must have established PGP key with verifiable history
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with PGP encryption and Monero cryptocurrency required
- Proof of Stock: Signed pictures with vendor name/market name may be required
- Vending History: Previous marketplace experience verified via PGP key signatures
- Clean Record: No history of scamming or rule violations on other markets
Vendor Bond
Most applicants are required to pay a vendor bond to begin selling. Bond amounts are determined case-by-case and paid in Monero (XMR). Bond waivers are available under specific circumstances:
Bond Waiver Policy: Waivers granted on case-by-case basis only. Vending history must be verifiable through PGP key alone. DrugHub uses some Archetyp scrapes from /d/Scope but data may be outdated. 99% of the time if a bond is requested, there is no way around it. Everything you claim is irrelevant if staff cannot verify it via PGP signatures.
Finalize Early (FE) Privileges
FE is granted at staff discretion with no specific published requirements. FE requests are evaluated based on:
- Transaction volume and order completion rate
- Customer feedback and dispute history
- Time active on platform
- Overall trustworthiness assessment
If FE request is rejected, a reason may or may not be provided. This is entirely at staff discretion.

Offer bulk discounts without creating multiple listings. Single listing supports multiple quantity tiers with different pricing.
AutoSweep
Set balance threshold for automatic withdrawal initiation. Funds auto-withdrawn to your address when cleared balance reaches target. Still processed offline within 24h.
Employee Accounts
Create sub-accounts with limited permissions. Employees can handle messages and orders without access to your PGP key, settings, or financial data.
Listing Quick Edit
Change price, stock, currency, and status without listings going to moderation. Speeds up inventory management significantly.
Custom Listings
Create private listings that don't appear in search. Share custom listing ID directly with select customers. Perfect for bulk buyers.
Flexible AF Timer
Set auto-finalize timer between 5-45 days per your preference. Customers can extend if needed. Dispute available if customer delays release.
Encryption Helper
Python/Go scripts act as reverse proxy for transparent message encryption/decryption. Handles hundreds of daily messages efficiently.

Transparent Pricing: Unlike most markets where vendors build commission into prices, DrugHub charges customers directly. Vendors receive 100% of their listed price (after auto-finalize). This is more honest than the "hidden fee" model used elsewhere.
Critical Vendor Rules
Staff Instructions
Follow staff instructions to the letter. Example: If staff rejects listing requesting signed pictures or proof of stock, do not resubmit the same listing with same photos. This will result in account limitation or ban. Read feedback carefully and comply exactly.
Rule Enforcement
Violations handled case-by-case basis. Consequences include:
- Warning (first offense, minor issues)
- Fine (repeated violations, moderate issues)
- Permanent Ban (serious violations, repeated non-compliance)

- Use tracking when possible - resolves disputes quickly
- Respond to messages within 24-48 hours
- Set realistic shipping times and honor them
- Use professional communication with all customers
- Never ask customers for Finalize Early without FE privileges
- Update stock levels regularly to avoid overselling
- Use keywords appropriately - don't spam unrelated terms
- Ship from advertised country - never mislead about origin
Dispute Management
Vendors can initiate disputes with reason "Customer received order but will not release escrow." If you ship tracked, these disputes resolve quickly. Auto-finalize timer is vendor-set (5-45 days) but customers can extend up to 2 weeks. If customer extends then vanishes, open dispute with tracking proof.
Listing Moderation
New listings go to moderation until account reaches certain requirements. Staff reviews for prohibited items, accurate descriptions, and proof of stock. Approved listings go live. Quick Edit feature allows price/stock changes without re-moderation once established.
