How do I register on DrugHub?

DrugHub uses passwordless PGP-based registration. You need a PGP key pair before registering. Visit the marketplace via Tor Browser, select "Register", submit your public PGP key, and sign a challenge message with your private key. No username/password required. Your PGP key IS your account identity. If you lose your PGP private key, you lose access permanently with no recovery option.
Can I browse without registering?

Yes. DrugHub allows browsing all listings, searching products, and checking vendor profiles without registration. You only need to register when you're ready to place an order. This lets you evaluate the marketplace before committing to PGP setup.
Why can't I connect to DrugHub?

Main mirrors are frequently under DDoS attack. Try "New Tor Circuit" in Tor Browser. DrugHub uses proof-of-work (PoW) challenges requiring decent CPU - connection may take 30-60 seconds. If 99% of users connect successfully and you cannot, the problem is on your end. Check your Tor Browser is updated and running properly. Request private mirrors after account activity threshold for reliable access.
My account was deleted - why?

DrugHub automatically purges accounts after 6 months of inactivity for security purposes. This is better for your OpSec. You can re-register using the same PGP key and username if desired. Your key is not burned, just account was cleaned.
Is there support on Dread?

No. DrugHub provides NO support whatsoever on Dread. All support is handled through marketplace ticket system. Automated support pages resolve 99.5% of issues instantly. For complex matters, submit ticket. Staff will not respond to Dread messages or posts asking for help.
Payment & Financial Questions
What cryptocurrency does DrugHub accept?

DrugHub exclusively accepts Monero (XMR). No other cryptocurrencies are supported. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum - none work. Only XMR. Monero provides transaction privacy and untraceability that Bitcoin cannot offer. All amounts encrypted, all addresses hidden, all transactions untraceable.
Do I need to deposit funds before ordering?

No. DrugHub uses invoice-based payments. Market wallet is only for refunds, overpayments, and disputes. When you checkout, DrugHub generates unique payment invoice with specific XMR amount and unique receiving address. You pay directly for that order only. No wallet deposits, no funds sitting on market servers. Much safer than traditional deposit systems.
What is the commission rate?

Standard commission is 5%, paid by customers. Can vary based on account activity and volume. Unlike most markets where vendors hide commission in product prices, DrugHub charges directly and transparently. Vendors receive 100% of their listed price. Withdrawal fees are covered by the market.
How long do withdrawals take?

All withdrawals are processed offline within 24 hours. No hot wallets are stored on servers for security. Staff do not expedite withdrawals regardless of circumstances - sending multiple tickets won't help. Withdrawals are processed in order received. Be patient. AutoSweep feature for vendors automatically initiates withdrawal when balance reaches your set threshold (still 24h processing).
Can I use exchange wallet for payments?

Absolutely not. Using exchange wallets (Binance, Kraken, etc.) will get you banned. You must use self-custodial wallet where you control private keys. Recommended: Feather Wallet, Cake Wallet, Official Monero GUI. As DrugHub says: "If you don't control the private keys, it's not your coin." Exchanges can freeze funds, report transactions, require source of funds documentation.
Security & Technical Questions
What PGP software should I use?

Windows: Gpg4win (includes Kleopatra GUI). macOS: GPG Suite. Linux: GnuPG (pre-installed). Tails: Built-in GnuPG. Android: OpenKeychain. IMPORTANT: DrugHub requires modern PGP supporting EC (Elliptic Curve) keys. Outdated software like gpg4usb will NOT work. Update to recent versions.
My PGP keys appear invalid - help?

Update your PGP software to support EC (Elliptic Curve) keys. DrugHub staff uses modern cryptography. Stop using outdated PGP software like gpg4usb - it's incompatible. Download latest version of Gpg4win, GPG Suite, or GnuPG depending on your OS.
Should I use VPN with Tor?

No. Never use VPN with Tor Browser. VPNs compromise Tor's anonymity by creating single point of failure. Tor network itself provides sufficient anonymity when used correctly. Adding VPN creates correlation risk and trust dependency on VPN provider. Just use Tor Browser alone.
I lost my PGP private key - can staff help?

No. There is NO account recovery if you lose your PGP private key. Your key IS your account. DrugHub administrators are not considering implementing any backup recovery system whatsoever. When asked about recovery options, staff response was: "No, we are not even considering that." Backup your PGP keys immediately on encrypted USB or offline storage.
What is sign-in message verification?

Your sign-in message is unique identifier displayed when you log in. Memorize it or write it down. If sign-in message ever changes, you're on phishing site. This is best anti-phishing protection. Pay attention to your sign-in message every time you log in. Ignoring it then complaining later about phishing makes you look like an idiot (DrugHub's words, not ours).
My private mirrors stopped working - what now?

Private mirrors are linked to your account and don't work from other accounts. Never share your private mirrors - if DrugHub detects aggressive scraping on your private mirror, your account will be banned. If both your private mirrors fail, contact support from another account (register throwaway customer account) and staff will fix them.
Order & Vendor Questions
What is auto-finalize timer?

Auto-finalize (AF) timer automatically releases payment to vendor after set time period. Timer is vendor-controlled, ranging from 5-45 days. Watch your AF timer carefully and extend if needed before it expires. Forgetting AF timer then complaining will not help you - it will only make you look like an idiot. Customers can extend timer up to 2 weeks. If vendor has tracking, they can dispute if customer extends then disappears.
Can I dispute before auto-finalize?

Yes, you can dispute at any time before AF expires. DrugHub allows disputes to be opened and settled without staff intervention for many cases. If you extended AF to month and nothing shipped in two weeks, open dispute. Staff will review. Disputes can be settled between buyer/vendor or escalated to staff if needed.
How do I request private mirrors?

Send support ticket requesting private mirrors once your account meets activity requirements. Common threshold reported by users is approximately $3,000-4,000 in purchases. Not guaranteed but "most likely you will get them" according to staff. Vendors receive 2 private mirrors automatically upon approval.
How do I become a vendor?

Register as customer first. Complete vendor application through marketplace (not via support ticket). Never ask "how do I become vendor" via ticket - such tickets closed without response. Applications manually reviewed case-by-case. Most require vendor bond (XMR). Bond waivers available only if vending history verifiable via PGP key. 99% of time if bond requested, there's no way around it.
What items are prohibited?

Prohibited: Weapons (body armor allowed), fentanyl and analogues, poisons, pornography (account logins for major sites OK), stolen LE/government/school/hospital data, tutorials/guides, transfers, get-rich-quick schemes. Also prohibited: ANY business to/from Russian Federation or Commonwealth of Independent States. No exceptions on Russia/CIS ban.
Common Sense Reminders
As DrugHub staff repeatedly emphasizes: Use common sense, pay attention to details, and remember any market can be seized at any time - don't expose yourself more than you have to.
Over 99.5% of all issues are user errors. If automated support page tells you one thing, staff won't tell you different thing. Read information provided carefully including blue popups. Even if you used 100 markets, every market has different features, workflow, and rules. Do not try to cut corners.
